Avocado with Crab and Prawns
Shellfish and avocado is a traditional pairing, and this version uses store-bought aioli to give it a new flavour.
- Cut avocados in half and remove stones.
- Place drained crab meat in a bowl and gently mix in aïoli, lemon juice, paprika and tomato sauce.
- Divide mixture among avocado halves.
- Garnish each avocado with two prawns (cooked and tails on).
