Moroccan steak salad
|4||Fillet steak, eye|
|2 Tbsp||Moroccan seasoning|
|¼ cup||Mint leaves|
- Place steaks on a board. Press Moroccan seasoning into both sides of steaks. Cook steaks on a hot barbecue or grill for four minutes each side. Rest for 10 minutes.
- Peel onion and chop finely. Chop cucumber roughly. Wash tomatoes and cut into 2cm pieces. Mix onion, cucumber, tomatoes and mint leaves together and place in a serving bowl. Drain chickpeas. Slice steaks thinly.
- Fold chickpeas and steak through salad. Serve drizzled with dressing.
- To prepare the dressing, mix yoghurt and spice paste together.
