Quick cream cheese and strawberry tart
- Thaw pastry and unroll. Cut to a 36 x 20cm oblong. Place on a baking tray and cook according to packet directions. Cool. Soften cream cheese. Place cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla essence and 2 teaspoon grated orange rind in a bowl.
- Mix until smooth. Spread cream cheese mixture over pastry. Wash punnets strawberries and hull. Pat dry with paper towels. Cut strawberries into quarters. Scatter them over cream cheese and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
