Meringue and strawberry tower
2 punnets strawberries 2 tablespoons sugar 500ml cream 2 tablespoons orange flavoured liqueur or orange juice 12 pink and white meringues ¼ cup chocolate sauce Wash strawberries and cut into quarters.
- Wash strawberries and cut into quarters. Place in a bowl and toss in sugar. Whip cream with liqueur or orange juice until soft peaks form.
- Crush pink and white meringues and fold with strawberries through cream. Place mixture in a serving bowl and drizzle over chocolate sauce.
