Gourmet potato and dill salad
( SERVES 4 )
- Wash small potatoes (gourmet). Crush garlic and peel. Place potatoes and garlic in a baking dish. Drizzle over oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake at 200 degC for 30 minutes or until golden. Remove rind from bacon. Grill bacon until crisp.
- Chop roughly. Place potatoes and bacon in a serving dish and stir in dressing.
- To make dressing: Mix horseradish sauce, dill and aioli together.
