Tunisian lamb skewers
- Cut lamb into cubes. Mix turmeric, ginger, coriander, cumin, chilli and garlic salt together. Roll meat in spice mixture.
- Thread evenly on to metal skewers, with a bay leaf between every second piece of meat. Brush or spray skewers with oil.
- Grill or barbecue, turning often until cooked. Serve with couscous.
