Lunchbox fruit-and-chocolate slice
- Wash apple, remove core and grate apple. Place in a bowl with raisins, 2 cups malt biscuit (crumbs), rolled oats and ground almonds. Melt butter. Add butter and combine. Chop chocolate roughly and combine with biscuit mixture.
- Press mixture into a 20cm baking-paper-lined square tin. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into bars. Store in the fridge.
