Slow-cooked butter chicken and tomato
( SERVES 6 )
- Cut chicken into eight equal portions. Place in the base of a slow cooker. Sprinkle over rice.
- Pour over butter chicken simmer sauce (creamy tomato and butter flavour) and diced tomatoes. Stir gently to combine. Cover and cook according to slow cooker directions.
- Serve with coriander, 2 teaspoons lemon rind from a lemon and cashew nuts sprinkled over the top.
