Crunchy salad with lime and chilli dressing
|1 spray||Oil spray|
|½ packet||Crispy noodles|
To prepare Crunchy salad:
- Peel onions and cut into 2cm-thick slices. Spray with oil and barbecue until golden, turning often. Cool. Wash and shred lettuce finely. Place in a serving bowl with onion.
- Wash radishes and grate finely. Chop cucumber roughly. Toss radishes and cucumber through lettuce with lime and chilli dressing. Scatter with crispy noodles. Serve immediately.
To prepare Lime and Chilli Dressing:
- Crush garlic, peel and chop finely. Mix garlic, brown sugar, sesame oil, lime juice, chilli and salt together.
