Barbecue Corn with Avocado Sauce
The corn can be partly cooked in the microwave and finished on the barbecue, if preferred.
- Pull husks away from cobs leaving them attached. Remove silk.
- Replace husks and twist at top around corn to seal. Cook on the barbecue for 10 minutes or until soft.
- Peel avocado and remove stone. Place avocado, aioli and sweet chilli sauce in the bowl of a food processor. Process to a smooth, creamy sauce. Serve with corn.
