Cranberry, chocolate and pumpkin seed cookies

- Soften butter and beat in peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg and vanilla essence.
- Add rolled oats. Sift flour and baking soda. Mix into butter mixture with chocolate bits, pumpkin seeds and cranberries.
- Break off 2 tablespoons of mixture and roll this amount into each ball. Place on an oven tray lined with baking paper. Press tops of biscuits with a fork.
- Bake at 190C for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on a wire cake rack.
