Pasta bows with walnut, blue cheese and rocket
Serves 4 350g pasta bows 1-2 tablespoons olive oil 1 cup walnut pieces, toasted 150g blue cheese, crumbled 150g rocket leaves Salt and freshly ground black pepper 1. Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted
- Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for 10 minutes (or according to packet instructions) until just tender to the bite.
- Drain pasta well and combine with remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper, toss well and serve immediately.
Tip: Through experimentation you will find that different nuts are easily interchangeable in recipes. For instance, macadamias, hazelnuts, almonds, pecans, Brazil nuts or pine nuts can be used instead of walnuts in this pasta dish.
