Chocolate caramel muesli bars
A little naughty, but a lot nice, these chocolate caramel bars are a morning tea treat.
- Heat oven to 180 degC. Grease a 17 x 27cm slice tin and line with nonstick baking paper.
- Combine muesli, cornflakes, raisins, (dark) chocolate bits and coconut in a bowl and toss well. Spread this mix over base of prepared slice tin, distributing ingredients evenly. Drizzle condensed milk evenly over the slice.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for 20 minutes more. Cool in pan to set, before cutting into small bars. Melt dark chocolate and pipe or drizzle over muesli bars to decorate, if desired.
