Spiced mixed nuts
- Heat oven to 160 degC. Combine sugar, salt and spices in a small bowl. In another bowl, whisk egg white until foamy but not dry. Whisk in spice mix, then stir in nuts until well-coated in spicy egg white mixture.
- Spread nuts in a single layer on a baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven and stir to separate. Return to the oven for another 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven to cool. Break up any nuts that cluster together. Serve as nibbles.
