Strawberry red wine jellies
( SERVES 4 )
- In a small bowl, combine boiling water and gelatine powder, and stir until the gelatine dissolves.
- Place red wine and sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Add liquid gelatine mixture to the saucepan and stir to incorporate. Remove to cool.
- Divide strawberries between four serving glasses. Pour cold red wine mixture over strawberries and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to set.
