Sesame chicken nuggets
Serves 10 4 large, skinless chicken breasts 3 tbsp sesame oil ½ cup dry breadcrumbs ¼ cup sesame seeds Salt Freshly ground black pepper Tomato sauce, to serve 1. Heat oven to 180°C.
- Heat oven to 180 degC. Cut large, skinless chicken breasts into large, even-sized chunks. Place sesame oil in a bowl, add chicken chunks and toss to coat with oil.
- Place dry breadcrumbs and sesame seeds on a tray and season with salt and pepper. Roll chicken in this mixture to coat.
- Line an oven pan with nonstick baking paper. Arrange chicken nuggets on prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown all over and cooked through. Serve with tomato sauce on the side to dip.
Tip: Serve these as home-made alternatives to bought fried food so you know what's in the food your children are eating.
