Magic chocolate slice
- Place biscuits in the bowl of a food processor and process to crush.
- Add coconut, muesli, raw sugar and cocoa to the crushed biscuits and process to combine. Add melted butter and beaten egg and process to mix well. Press into prepared tin and bake for 10 minutes. Remove to cool.
- To prepare filling, place butter, icing sugar and custard powder in a bowl and beat with an electric mixer, adding boiling water gradually until blended and the mixture is pale and fluffy. Spread over base and leave for 1 hour to set.
- To make chocolate topping, place chocolate and vegetable shortening in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, or microwave, to melt. Stir until smooth. Pour over custard filling to cover and leave to set. Cut into small squares to serve.
