
Smoked salmon pasta salad with dill aioli

Ingredients
¼ cup | Aioli |
350 g | Pasta shapes |
2 Tbsp | Fresh dill |
1 to taste | Salt & freshly ground pepper |
200 g | Smoked salmon |
2 | Lemons |
¼ cup | Caper berries |
Directions
- Cook small pasta shapes, such as pasta bows or spirals in plenty of boiling, salted water for 10 minutes or until just tender to the bite. Rinse pasta with cold water, drain well and set aside in a large bowl to cool.
- Mix aioli (garlic mayonnaise) with chopped fresh dill, spoon over cold pasta and toss well. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, if necessary.
- Arrange pasta on a serving platter and scatter with salmon pieces and drained caper berries. Serve with lemon wedges on the side to squeeze over.
