- Place hulled and quartered strawberries and sugar in the bowl of a food processor and process to puree. Divide the puree between four serving glasses, reserving a little for decoration.
- Place two coarsely crushed cookies (I use Weight Watchers ginger cookies) in each of the serving glasses, then top with some blueberries. Reserve a few blueberries for decoration. Spoon half a cup of berry-flavoured yoghurt into each glass.
- Top with reserved strawberry puree and blueberries. Serve chilled.
