Honey soy drumsticks
- Place chicken drumsticks in a ceramic dish. Pour over soy sauce and honey, then sprinkle with chilli powder.
- Toss to coat drumsticks evenly in flavourings. Cover, refrigerate and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
- Heat oven to 180degC. Roast chicken drumsticks for 45 minutes or until juices run clear when a sharp knife is inserted to the bone.
- Serve drumsticks sprinkled with sesame seeds.
