Cheddar Cheese Log with Crackers
1. Place the cream cheese in a bowl and beat until smooth. Beat in the cheddar cheese, gherkins, mustard, paprika and cayenne pepper.
2. Form the mixture into a log. Combine parsley and chives on a tray and roll the log in the herbs to coat.
3. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until needed. Serve with crackers.
Tip: This cheese log lasts well for up to a week if wrapped and stored in the fridge.
