Pea & feta spread

Ingredients

1 Tbsp Butter
150 g Frozen peas
2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
100 g Feta

Directions

  1. Defrost peas in a microwave.
  2. Add butter and oil. Blitz or mash together.
  3. Crumble feta cheese into mixture and season.
  4. Blend everything together until spread is smooth yet still chunky in texture.
  5. Serve with herbed crostini.
