
Herbed crostini
( SERVES 96 )

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degC fan bake.
- Brush multigrain bread (crusts removed, approx ½cm x 5cm, triangle shape) with olive oil. Sprinkle with dried herbs and salt.
- Fan bake 10 to 15 mins until golden brown. Keep an eye on them as they colour quickly.
- Store these versatile and inexpensive crostini in an airtight container. They can be used as the support act for your dips and spreads.
