Red pepper sauce
To prepare Smoked chicken pasta:
1. Cook pasta in plenty of boiling, salted water for 10 minutes or until just tender to the bite. At the same time, cook trimmed and halved beans in boiling, salted water for 3 to 4 minutes or until just tender.
2. Drain pasta and beans and toss together with sliced smoked chicken breast and red pepper sauce. Serve in deep pasta bowls.
To prepare Red pepper sauce:
1. Make the red pepper sauce by combining all ingredients; herbs should be chopped in the bowl of a food processor.
2. Process mixture until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Makes ¾ cup.
