Individual banoffee pies
1. Place six biscuits on a platter. Spoon over some caramel condensed milk. Arrange sliced banana on caramel and top each stack with a second biscuit.
2. Repeat layering caramel and sliced bananas onto stacks. Top each stack with a dollop of lightly whipped cream and scatter with some shaved chocolate.
3. Serve immediately. These can be prepared an hour or so ahead, allowing the biscuits to soften a little, then decorated with the whipped cream and shaved chocolate just before serving.
