Chocolate raisin slice
- Line a standard loaf tin with non-stick baking paper. Break biscuits into coarse chunks.
- Place butter, chocolate and sugar in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water to melt, or microwave to melt.
- Stir until smooth, then stir in raisins, almonds and broken biscuits to coat with chocolate.
- Press mixture into prepared tin with the back of a spoon and refrigerate to set. Remove from tin and slice to serve.
