Berry Jelly Trifles
Served in individual glasses, these berry jelly trifles are a sweet sensation.
- Slice the trifle sponge into thin lengths and fit slices of sponge down the sides of four serving glasses. Fill the centre of each glass with blueberries.
- Make up jelly mixture with water, according to packet instructions. Spoon jelly into the centre cavity of each sponge-and-blueberry filled glass and refrigerate for 3 hours or until jelly is set.
- Serve topped with a little whipped cream, if desired.
