Mini bagel Hawaiian burgers
- Place mince, parsley and egg in a bowl, season well with salt and pepper and mix well to combine.
- Divide mixture into 12 even portions. With damp hands, shape portions into flat patties. Prepare filling ingredients.
- Heat a nonstick frying pan, add a little oil and fry patties in batches for 2 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Toast bagel halves or place the buns under a hot grill to brown.
- Layer a meat patty, pineapple, tomato and lettuce onto the bagel bases, then place the lids on top and skewer to secure filling.
