Wholemeal spaghetti with tuna and tomato sauce
- Cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling, salted water for 10 minutes (or according to packet instructions) until just tender to the bite. Drain well.
- At the same time, place tinned chopped tomatoes, garlic (chopped), wine, onion (chopped) and oil in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Then turn down the heat and simmer for 15 minutes until liquid is well reduced.
- Stir in tuna and drained spaghetti, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir over heat for 2 minutes to warm through. Serve scattered with capers.
