- Heat oven to 180 degC. Grease a standard eight-hole muffin pan.
- Cook the noodles in boiling, salted water for three minutes, or according to packet directions, until tender then drain well.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Arrange noodles in base of muffin pan, dividing them evenly between the eight holes, and pour over the egg mixture.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until set. Cool in pan, then turn out to serve.
