Bacon, Corn and Cheddar Pizzas
- Heat oven to 200 degC. Place the pizza base on a lightly greased oven tray. Spread base with the tomato pasta sauce, leaving its edges free of topping.
- Scatter pizza with grated cheese, chopped bacon and sweetcorn kernels. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the bacon is cooked, the cheese is bubbling hot and the crust is golden brown. Slice pizza into small bite-sized pieces and serve immediately.
