- Heat a saucepan, add the oil and finely diced onion, then cook over a medium heat for 10 minutes until the onion is softened but not yet coloured. Add crushed garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Add white wine and boil for one minute to reduce. Add chopped tomatoes and any juice and cook over a medium heat for 5 minutes until liquid is reduced and sauce has thickened.
- Stir in seafood marinara mixture,thawed and simmer for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- At the same time as you are preparing sauce, cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling, salted water for 10 minutes or until just tender to the bite. Drain well. Toss with marinara sauce and serve immediately.
