Crisp wonton triangles with tuna salad
- Cut the wonton wrappers in quarters diagonally. Heat oil in a small saucepan.
- Cook quarters in batches for 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown and crisp. Drain on paper towels.
- Place tuna salsa ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Spoon a little salsa onto the centre of each wonton crisp.
- Garnish wonton crisps with sprigs of coriander, then serve immediately so the crisps don't become soggy.
