Asparagus and Feta Wraps
Asparagus and feta is a great flavour combination, and these wraps are both tasty and nutritious.
- Cook asparagus in boiling, salted water for two minutes. Drain and plunge into ice-cold water to cool. Drain well.
- Spread flat bread wraps with hummus and then scatter with salad leaves. Divide asparagus spears between wraps. Scatter with feta cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Top filling with a few dollops of chutney. Roll up and wrap in greaseproof paper tied up with string for easy transportation.
