1. Rub all sides of each sugar cube over the skin of the orange the sugar will absorb the essential orange flavour and the cubes will turn bright orange.
2. Pour one tablespoonful of Grand Marnier into the base of each glass. Top up glasses with champagne and pop one or two orange-flavoured sugar cubes into each glass. Serve immediately.
