Coconut fruit slice
- Heat oven to 160 degree C fan bake. Line a 17 x 27cm slice tin with nonstick baking paper, with an overhang on all sides. Combine crushed biscuits and butter and press into the base of the tin.
- Combine all the dried fruits and sprinkle over biscuit base. Cover with desiccated coconut.
- Pour condensed milk evenly over the top. Bake for 35 minutes or until firm and golden brown. Cool in the tin.
- Cut once cold and drizzle with melted dark chocolate and cut into squares or bars
