
Devilled chicken kebabs

Kebabs
650 g | Chicken breasts |
12 | Bamboo skewers |
1 pinch | Salt |
1 pinch | Ground black pepper |
Marinade
1 Tbsp | Olive oil |
¼ cup | Lemon juice |
2 tsp | Brown sugar |
1 tsp | Mustard |
¼ tsp | Chilli sauce |
1 Tbsp | Worcestershire sauce |
Directions
- Place chicken in a shallow ceramic dish. Cover with marinade ingredients and toss well. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.
- Heat a barbecue on high. Thread chicken strips onto skewers and season with salt and pepper.
- Barbecue skewers for 3 to 5 minutes on each side until the chicken is cooked and browned.
