Sausage and tomato pizza
- Heat oven to 210 degC. Place pizza base on a baking tray. Spread with pasta sauce, leaving the edges free of topping.
- Scatter the prepared pizza base with tomatoes, sausages and chopped oregano, and then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until topping is bubbling hot and the pizza crust is golden brown. Slice and serve immediately.
