Beef with Mushrooms
Quick and easy to make in the wok, this meal will satisfy hungry kids and adults alike.
- Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan. Stir-fry beef strips in two batches for 5 minutes over high heat to brown. Remove to one side.
- Add mushrooms(halved) to the wok and stir-fry for 5 minutes to brown. Remove to one side. Add broccolini (coarsely chopped), spring onions (cut in 2cm pieces) and water, then toss well for 2 to 3 minutes to lightly cook vegetables.
- Return beef and mushrooms to the wok. Add black bean sauce and soy sauce and toss well over heat to coat ingredients with sauce. Serve immediately
