Rare beef pizza
2 medium-sized prepared pizza bases 1½ cups tomato pasta sauce 300g beef rump steak, cut into thin strips 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved Salt and freshly ground black pepper 1/3 cup basil pesto 1.
- Heat oven to 210 degC. Place pizza bases on baking trays. Spread bases with pasta sauce, leaving the edges free of topping.
- Arrange beef strips over pizzas and scatter with halved cherry tomatoes. Season with pepper.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until topping is bubbling hot and the pizza crust is golden brown.
- Dollop pizzas with basil pesto, then slice and serve immediately.
