Instant berry gelato

Ingredients

300 g Frozen berries
¼ cup Icing sugar
¼ cup Low-fat yoghurt

Directions

  1. Place berries and icing sugar in the bowl of a food processor and process until mixture is smooth and thick.
  2. Add yoghurt and process to combine. This makes a soft-serve style gelato.
  3. Spoon gelato immediately into serving bowls and serve topped with a few extra frozen berries.
