Wholemeal apricot slice
- Heat oven to 160C. Grease a 17 x 27cm slice tin and line with nonstick baking paper with an overhang on all sides.
- Place all ingredients, except milk, in a large bowl. Stir to combine and make a well in the centre. Pour the milk into the well then stir just enough to combine.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared tin. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
