Apple Juice Jelly
A more healthy jelly, but no less scrumptious, that can be made with any combination of fruit juice.
- Heat juice in a saucepan. Place water in a small ceramic bowl and sprinkle with gelatine. Set aside for 5 minutes to absorb water.
- Microwave the bowl of gelatine for 30 seconds or until the gelatine is melted and liquid. Pour liquid gelatine into the fruit juice and whisk to combine. Remove jelly mixture to cool.
- Pour jelly mixture into a jelly mould (or serving glasses, if preferred) and refrigerate overnight, to set. Un-mould just before you're ready to serve.
