Goan banana pudding
- Roughly chop the sultanas and raisins. Heat the butter in a small saucepan until melted. Add the cold water and sugar, then stir to combine.
- Add the sultanas, raisins and almonds, then simmer for a few minutes until syrupy. Stir in the rum, if desired.
- Arrange sliced bananas on serving plates. Spoon the hot sauce over the bananas. Serve topped with yoghurt.
