Rocky road slice
Get the kids in the kitchen making a rocky road slice - a sweet treat that everyone will enjoy!
- Line a 17cm x 27cm slice tin with nonstick baking paper, leaving an overhang on all sides.
- Place cubed butter, chopped dark chocolate and golden syrup in a bowl and microwave to melt. Stir to combine, then whisk in egg, sugar and cocoa.
- Stir in the chopped almonds, chocolate bits, wine biscuits broken into small pieces, and marshmallows. Transfer mixture to prepared tin and, using the back of a spoon, press the mixture into the tin.
- Cover and refrigerate until set. Cut into small squares using a hot knife. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
