Pasta with sardines, rocket and chilli

- Heat oil in a frying pan and stir-fry onion wedges for 5 to 10 minutes to lightly brown.
- At the same time, cook pasta in plenty of boiling, salted water for 10 minutes or until just tender to the bite. Drain well.
- Toss hot pasta with browned onions and remaining ingredients to combine. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately
