Peanut butter crunch
- Line a 17 x 27cm slice tin with nonstick baking paper with an overhang on all sides.
- Place peanut butter and butter in a bowl and microwave to melt.
- Stir to combine, then stir in icing sugar, puffed rice cereal and peanuts.
- Spread mixture into prepared tin and leave to set. Cut into small squares.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
