- Place the chopped dried fruit, oats and cold water in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Turn down the heat and simmer gently for 20 minutes or until the liquid has reduced and the fruit turns to a thick and fairly dry pulp.
- Transfer mixture to a bowl and cool to room temperature. Add the puffed wheat, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds then stir to combine.
- Roll mixture into even-sized balls and refrigerate until firm.
