Honey spice cupcakes
- Heat oven to 160degC fan bake. Grease a 12-hole muffin tin or line with paper cases.
- Place cubed butter, brown sugar and honey in a saucepan and heat, stirring until the butter melts. Remove from heat. Sift the flour over the melted mixture and then stir to combine. Gently beat in the spices and the lightly beaten eggs.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared tins. Place one almond on top of each cupcake. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and set.
