Spiced mushroom and chicken kebabs
- Place thoroughly cleaned mushrooms and cubed chicken in a shallow dish. Dust with spices and crushed garlic. Drizzle with olive oil and toss well to coat.
- Pre-heat grill on high. Thread mushrooms and chicken onto skewers. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place skewers on a grill rack. Grill for 2 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Serve hot over couscous, if desired.
